Get ready to sweat + have some fun with this 45 minute virtual class where we'll use our bodies to build strength. The class is specially designed to be accessible for all fitness levels and does not require any equipment. We'll follow an interval training bootcamp class structure accompanied by a fire playlist that is sure to get hearts pumping. Think squats, push-ups, and some shadow boxing mixed in. Let's HUSTLE!

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate.
